Nice gear, sizing was a bit off

I ordered a Kapuzenpullover and a Basecap. The cap was great, really good quality. The hoodie felt a little smaller than I expected for the size, even after checking the size chart. It's still wearable, just snug. Delivery was pretty prompt, about six days. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about tracking, which was a plus. Overall, a decent experience, but they could improve their sizing accuracy or add more detailed descriptions.

Nah, personalized stuff is usually a no-go for returns, pretty standard with most sports stores.

From my experience, the adult ones are pretty standard. But for kids, I'd maybe check their size chart, they can sometimes be a bit snug.

Usually, no. Most places only let you stack one. The member discount is automatic if you log in though.
